create your personal password, then scroll down and click the “Register” button.
The Today’s Picks Tab provides the horse player with a list of horses we believe are ‘live’
runners that offer good/great value and merit strong consideration. Each horse listed in
“Today’s Picks” will be listed by:
Date, Track,
Race Number,
Post Position # (PP), the horse’s Name, and its Morning Line Odds (M-L).
Some players may make a straight bet, while others may want to include our pick in their exotic
wagers. How you bet it is up to you. At Barn4Sports, we never pick ‘chalk’ horses or horses at
M-L odds of less than 7-2. Here, at Barn4Sports, while we may include a horse at low odds on
our personal Pick 5 and 6 tickets, we are all about the ‘Double Digit Winners!’
It is also important to note that Barn4Sports does not pick every race at every track. As we said
in our Introductory blog post, our picks are based on a variety of factors and information,
including our proven handicapping system. Barn4Sports typically plays at the larger, more well-
known tracks, primarily on the East Coast and in the Midwest. Some days there may be five or
six horses on our Today’s Picks list and only one or two horses on other days.
You will know a Horse is one of Barn4’s ‘System” picks by the Barn4 chip beside the horse’s
name. Typically, ‘System” horses are horses that we believe are ‘live’ and are “overlays” – horses
that go off at higher odds relative to their morning line odds, sometimes much higher, than we
believe is warranted. As we said in our Introductory Blog post, there are no guarantees in horse
racing, and not every system horse will win or even hit the board every time, but they do hit
more often than you may think, given their odds, returning great value when they do. Thus,
Barn4’s slogan is – Home of the Double Digit Winners.
If you are not comfortable playing a ‘System’ horse straight up – ‘across the board,’ or to Win,
Place or Show, another profitable way to use a Barn4Sports ‘System Horse’ is to include it in
your horizontal wagers – exotics and particularly for those playing Pick 5s, Pick 6s, Turf Pick 3s,
etc.
The Recent Winners Tab is a list of Barn4Sports’ recent selections that either won or hit the
board. These horses will be listed by Date, Track, Race Number (#), Post Position (PP), Name of
Horse, and the payout amounts.
The Blog Post Tab is the place where we will provide information to our subscribers. We might
provide insight into a race or a particular horse. We might post a comment about a horse that
we think is ready for a top effort, or a particular betting strategy on a certain race, or a
wagering tip.
Contact Us provides subscribers with an email to ask a question, make a comment about your
experience, or simply to tell us about a winning ticket that included one of Barn4Sports’ Picks.
